WhereScape completed a data mart implementation for Vodafone that enables staff to access financial and key performance indicator reports from their desktops.

The Challenge

Vodafone had too many data silos and needed consolidated reports. Report requests went to the IT team, which created unnecessary work and caused bottlenecks. To solve this, Vodafone needed to give business users access to reporting capabilities.

The Solution

WhereScape RED consolidated information from many sources and made it available for reporting. WhereScape also brought financial and KPI reporting to the desktop, allowing Vodafone staff to ‘self-service’ instead of having to request reports from the IT department.
